Cereza, capa fina, algunos violetas, tonos rubí.

Cata en nariz: Muy intenso fruta madura, mermeladas de frutas negras, toques lácticos, balsámicos. regalices, notas minerales.

Cata en boca En boca resulta un vino de entrada potente, carnoso, aunque muy equilibrado. Vuelve a aparecer la fruta negra junto a especias y la madera de la crianza. Taninos pulidos y aterciopelados.

Perfecto para


Filetes, cordero asado, ternera o salmón. Excelente con queso curado y foie.

Visual phase of the tasting: Very dark cherry color with violet-purple rim.

The nose:Very intense ripen fruit primary aromas recalling blackberry jam, liquorice and mineral notes. The secondary and tertiary are detected by its lactic and balsamic notes.

The palate: It is a wine with a powerful and fleshy entrance, although very balanced. The blackberry notes reappear along with spices and the oak of the aging. Smooth and velvety tannins.

Pairing suggestions


Especially suitable for steaks, roasted lamb, beef or salmon. Excellent with cured cheese and foie.

Color Rubi, Bayas Negras, mermeladas humo de madera, vainilla en nariz perfumada.

Cata en nariz: Fresco. Tanino dulce en boca, que ofrecen sabores de mora negra y cereza-vainilla que se vuelven más picante con el aire.

Cata en boca: Aterciopelado, Redondo y equilibrado.

Rond de Jambe es una palabra francesa que representa un paso de ballet clásico que es redondo y equilibrado. Esto es lo que buscamos para este vino, que sea redondo y equilibrado. The nose: Black berries jam, perfumed vanilla and wooden smoke

The palate: Fresh entrance with an evolution towards a smooth and even a bit sweet tannin, offering flavour of blackberry, dark cherry and vanilla. It becomes more spicy in contact with air.  Rounded and balanced.

This makes this wine very suitable for thick steaks, roasted lamb or beef,  foie, meat broths or stews in general. Excellent with cheese or dark chocolate.

Arbás Roble

Rojo cereza intenso con una delgada púrpura.

Cata en nariz: fruta, mora, mermelada de cerezas, flores violetas, roble tostado, caramelo y vainilla.

Cata en boca: Vino amplio y generoso, sabroso, rico y equilibrado. Con taninos maduros y sedosos, final largo con notas de frutas rojas y tostado.

Perfecto para


Adecuado especialmente para bistecs, asados y salchichas. Excelente acompañamiento de quesos.

The nose: Very fruit forward featuring blackberry and cherry jam. There is also a violet (flowers) background, and the tertiary notes of the ageing in oak are appreciated by caramel, vanilla and toasted nuances.

The palate: Tasty wine, rich and well-balanced. It contains a smooth tannin, lingering pleasantly with notes of toasted wood and red berries jam.

Especially suitable for steaks, roasted chicken and sausage. Excellent with any cheese as well.
